Pins the replay (ERAM en-route + per-airport ASDE-X surface + STARS/TAIS terminal) and flight plan for a callsign and/or an area over a UTC window — kept forever (outside the ~3-day rolling replay budget). Grab it before it ages out. The area/airport capture keeps the whole picture (every track in the box / on the surface), not just the incident flight. STARS/TAIS is recorded only from when it was enabled onward, so windows before that won't have terminal replay.
